We also collect standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited for site performance purposes.
2. How We Use Information
Inquiry information is used solely to evaluate, review and respond to your inquiry, and to maintain records of our communications. Newsletter subscriptions are handled separately: the email address you provide on the Insights page is used only to send new market notes, and is stored in a separate subscription list — not merged with inquiry records. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to third parties.
2b. Service Providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website: website hosting, a database for storing inquiries and subscriptions, and an email delivery service that sends notifications and (for subscribers) market notes. These providers process data only to deliver those functions. Anonymous usage events (such as a form submission succeeding) may be recorded without names, email addresses or message contents.
3. Confidentiality in Transactions
Details of your requirements, identity and documentation are treated as confidential commercial information and are shared only with verified counterparties within an agreed procedure, and only with your consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Inquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to manage the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Subscription records are retained until you ask to be removed. Stored records are accessible only through a restricted administrative channel. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

To stop receiving market notes, email david@premieroilbrokers.com with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line and we will remove your address from the subscription list promptly.
