Premier Oil Brokers Inc. ("the Company") acts solely as an independent intermediary and broker in energy transactions. The Company does not produce, refine, store, transport, sell or take title to any petroleum product. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a guarantee of product availability, pricing or allocation. All transactions are subject to counterparty verification, mandate confirmation and mutually agreed contractual procedures between principals.
2. No Reliance
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute commercial, financial, legal or investment advice. Visitors and counterparties must conduct their own independent due diligence before entering into any transaction. The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information presented on this website.
3. Counterparty Engagement
Engagement with the Company is subject to qualification. The Company may request KYC/KYB documentation, proof of authority, mandate verification and banking capability confirmation at any stage, and reserves the right to decline any inquiry or discontinue any engagement that does not meet its verification or integrity standards, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
4. Confidentiality
Counterparty identities, requirements, supply information and transaction details shared with the Company are treated as confidential and are not circulated to third parties without consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform verification within an agreed transaction procedure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity or costs of substitute transactions.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute arising from use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
