Our Process
A disciplined pathfrom inquiry to closing.
International energy transactions stall for predictable reasons: unclear requirements, unreviewed counterparties and unstructured communication. Our process is designed to address all three. The sequence below is illustrative — actual steps depend on the contract agreed between the parties.
Qualification
Every engagement begins with requirements. We confirm the buyer's product specification, volume, destination, timeline and banking capability — and the seller's authority, allocation and procedures. Incomplete or unverifiable inquiries do not proceed.
- Corporate profile & KYC / KYB
- ICPO or SCO review
- Authority & mandate confirmation
Counterparty review
Counterparty documentation is reviewed before any introduction is made. We review mandate chains for completeness, confirm both sides understand the procedural pathway, and align on documentation frameworks before sensitive information moves.
- Documentation integrity review
- Mandate chain confirmation
- NCNDA / IMFPA alignment where required
Commercial terms
With both sides verified, commercial structure is aligned: FCO issuance, draft SPA review, inspection protocols (SGS, Saybolt, Intertek), payment instruments (DLC, SBLC, MT760) and delivery structure — FOB, CIF or TTO as applicable.
- FCO & draft SPA coordination
- Inspection protocol agreement
- Payment instrument alignment
Execution & closing
We coordinate communications through the execution milestones — proof of product, contract execution, instrument issuance, inspection and lifting — maintaining a disciplined, documented channel between authorized parties until closing.
- Proof of product coordination
- Contract & instrument milestones
- Delivery and closing support
Begin at step one — qualification.
A complete, documented inquiry is the fastest route to a verified introduction.
